What is CWC?

  CWC is a self policing network of contractors who have
  been recommended to the CWC board by other members of CWC or by
  customers and clients of the member.

  All members of CWC are subject to periodic
  review by the board. However, the board relies heavily on customer and peer
  input.

  Once a Contractor has been approved for membership, the
  Contractor is subject to the scrutiny of peers and customers alike.
